DIPOTASSIUM HYDROGEN PHOSPHATE
DIPOTASSIUM HYDROGEN PHOSPHATE is used in imitation dairy creamers, dry powder beverages, mineral supplements, and starter cultures as an additive. It is used in non-dairy creamers as a stabilizer to prevent coagulation. Dipotassium phosphate is also used to make buffer solutions and it is used in the production of trypticase soy agar which is used to make agar plates for culturing bacteria. It is also used for health benefits as a nutrient, source of potassium, supplement and as a protein stabilizer in weight training drinks and powder mixes. It contributes to normal muscle function, improves the bodys endurance and recovery of muscles. It does this by creating energy due to its role assisting the process of oxygen delivery throughout the body to the muscles. This is particularly effective for high intensity and particularly strenuous exercises such as heavy lifting and sprints. Group: Pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceuticals. CAS No. 7758-11-4. Composition: Phosphoric Acid Dipotassium Salt. Application: Oral, Tablets, Pellets, Powder. Function: Minerals and nutrients. Physical Form: Powder. Certification: USP/NF, EP. Product Code: PIM000009520.

SODIUM BICARBONATE
SODIUM BICARBONATE BP/USP Sodium bicarbonate occurs as an odorless, white, crystalline powder with a saline, slightly alkaline taste. Sodium bicarbonate is generally used in pharmaceutical formulations as a source of carbon dioxide in effervescent tablets and granules. Additionally, sodium bicarbonate is used in solutions as a buffering agent for erythromycin, lidocaine, local anesthetic solutions, and total parenteral nutrition solutions. In some parenteral formulations, e.g. niacin, sodium bicarbonate is used to produce a sodium salt of the active ingredient that has enhanced solubility. Sodium bicarbonate has also been used as a freeze-drying stabilizer. Therapeutically, sodium bicarbonate may be used as an antacid, and as a source of the bicarbonate anion in the treatment of metabolic acidosis. Sodium bicarbonate may also be used as a component of oral rehydration salts and as a source of bicarbonate in dialysis fluids. Group: Pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients. CAS No. 144-55-8. Composition: Sodium Bicarbonate. Application: Oral, Tablets, Pellets, Powder. Function: Buffer, pH adjustment. Physical Form: Powder. Certification: USP/NF. Product Code: PIM000009614.
