Cratewash & HD CIP Cleaner CRATEWASH & HD CIP Cleaner is a concentrated combined alkaline & disinfecting CIP & machine dishwashing detergent. Use for CRATE WASHING. Recommended for use via our electronic dispensing equipment which has been designed to give the correct dosage at all times to ensure the most economical and consistent results possible. The correct dilution is between 1 to 2 grams per litre of wash water depending on the following factors: Amount of soil on the dishes. Water hardness. Water pressure. Water temperature. To assist in obtaining optimum performance from the product, the following procedures are recommended. Scrape off loose debris from dishes. Correct stacking of plates and cutlery. Dishes are washed soon after use. Dry and Shine rinse aid is used to ensure quick and efficient drying of all ware. Wash water temperature maintained at 60-650c. Rinse water temperature maintained at 84 0c. EQUIPMENT. Talk to us about supply and installation of electronic feeding equipment under contract. A fully trained Technical Representative will monitor and correct, where necessary, the dosage amount to the machine. CIP CLEANING. Prepare a cleaning solution using cold or warm water. Do not use water above 60 degrees as this may release the chlorine. Usage dilutions vary according to application; as a general rule do not exceed 2.5% w/w.
