Directions for use: This surfactant blend has been created as the cleansing base for your shampoos, body washes and facial wash products. Formulating tips for surfactant products: Adding vegetable oils to surfactant based products often causes stability issues and as such we recommend thorough stability testing of formulations that you create that contain oils. In general an oil-enriched cleansing product will only have between 0.1-2% oil phase in total. Essential oils can also interfere with the stability of the formula and may occasionally thin the product. It is best to start off with a small amount of essential oil (0.1-0.2%) and work up from there, observing any changes in viscosity and clarity.
