| LIPOLIGHT OAP/PVA | It is a luminescent ingredient that emits and diffuses visible light to dramatically reduce the appearance of skin imperfections. The material consists of a fluorescent compound chemically fixed to a microporous nylon-12 support encapsulated with a translucent polymer coating. The fluorescent compound incorporated into the polymer absorbs UV light and re-emits that energy as visible light.
