It is an aqueous based, micronized benzoyl peroxide (BPO) dispersion (40%) in the form of a gel, replaces traditional BPO due to its low irritation profile. Chemistry: Anionic. Application: This emulsifier is anionic in nature and as such is a useful secondary emulsifier in a cream or lotion.
