ACID DETERGENT AC580 also effectively removes rail and iron ore dust from vessels, marine equipment, structures, vehicles and machinery, and is an excellent cleaner of bore water stains. | Ecosan - Cleaner & Degreaser | ECOSAN is a quick-breaking cleaner and degreasing disinfectant. It is an environmentally responsible option for degreasing, general cleaning, and disinfecting in the automotive, maritime, mining and resource industries. ECOSAN is safe on most surfaces not harmed by water alone; use ECOSAN with confidence on trucks, tankers, rigs, platforms, engines, plastics, steel, aluminium, painted surfaces, concrete and glass. Apply ECOSAN by hand, ventures, positive displacement pumps, high pressure cleaners, foaming units, mop and bucket, or spray directly onto surfaces using trigger sprays or pressure packs. DEGREASING: se as received or dilute 50/50 with warm water. Spray or brush onto contaminated surface. Allow two minutes soak time. Depending on soil contamination, some surfaces may require agitation prior to flushing or blasting off with water. For best results use hot or warm water to flush. ENERAL HARD SURFACE CLEANING: ECOSAN is versatile and may be used at dilutions ranging from 1:10 for extra heavy deposits and spot cleaning, to 1:100 for light duty cleaning applications. | Marazyme Descaler | MARAZYME-DESCALER is an organic acidic based powder formulated with enzymes and bacterial strains which effectively dissolve organic materials, hard water precipitates, rust and uric acid scales. For regular scale control in high scale environments such as ships and mine sites add 50 grams (one scoop supplied with 5KG bucket) to the toilet bowl at least once a fortnight depending on water quality. Allow product to dissolve and stand for a minute or two, scrub/brush the bowl and then flush with water. Repeat this action if required. URINALS: Sprinkle product around the grate and effected areas, allow dissolving then scrubbing/brushing and flushing with water. DRAINS, PIPE WORK & GREASE TRAPS: If scale formation in these locations occur you may find run off/discharge from toilets, sinks and showers become very slow. Add 100-150grams of product to the effected locations and allow dissolving. Contact time is important so leave stand for a minute or two before scrubbing/brushing and then flushing with water. WASHROOMS AND SHOWERS: Add 50-100grams of product to a 10 litre container of hot water. Allow to dissolve and use the solution to scrub the effected surface areas then rinse with water. STAINLESS STEEL: Add 150-300 grams of product 10 litre container of hot water into a container or auto parts washer. For use in a soak bath situation. The non dangerous liquid is not normally subject to any special disposal considerations and is generally safe on surfaces include aluminum, iron, steel, brass, copper, plastic, rubber, chrome, or oxide free paint. Use this product via Soak Method to remove rust from items. Simply prepare a solution of the product with water and immerse or fill item with liquid until the item is free of rust and debris. Once the item is clean allow it to air dry to form a protective coating that greatly reduces oxidization.
