| DIPOTASSIUM HYDROGEN PHOSPHATE | DIPOTASSIUM HYDROGEN PHOSPHATE is used in imitation dairy creamers, dry powder beverages, mineral supplements, and starter cultures as an additive. It is used in non-dairy creamers as a stabilizer to prevent coagulation. Dipotassium phosphate is also used to make buffer solutions and it is used in the production of trypticase soy agar which is used to make agar plates for culturing bacteria. It is also used for health benefits as a nutrient, source of potassium, supplement and as a protein stabilizer in weight training drinks and powder mixes. It contributes to normal muscle function, improves the bodys endurance and recovery of muscles. It does this by creating energy due to its role assisting the process of oxygen delivery throughout the body to the muscles. | EMULSIPHOS 677660 | Acts as an O/W emulsifier. It is a non-ethoxylated phosphate emulsifier based on vegetable and mineral raw materials. Allows the preparation of homogeneous, stable, light skin care and sun care emulsions. It is an analogue of the natural phospholipids in the skin (e.g. lecithin) and provides a smooth and soft skin feel. Possesses good solubility and emulsifying ability with both polar and non-polar oils. Can be used over a wide pH range (4-9), but preferably at the acidic pH level of the skin and easily be added either to the oil phase or the aqueous phase of the emulsion. Works well for formulations containing water soluble sun screen filters and micronized pigments.
