| Clean Wall - AC509 | CLEAN WALL AC509 is a TOUCHLESS alkaline concentrate that makes washing your wash bay walls as easy as washing a car. Simply spray on and leave for 3 minutes and blast off. Ideal for heavy duty touchless cleaning of porcelain tiles, stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass, painted walls and bricks. For removing detergent stains, grime and car washing build-up from wash bay walls the recommended dilution is 1 part chemical to 1 part cold water (ie 50:50). | Hydrochloric Acid 32% - AC591 | HYDROCHLORIC ACID 32% (HCL) is an industrial strength acid commonly used for the removal of scale, lime, calcium, oxides, efflorescence, bore stains, concrete dust and hard water deposits. NOTE: this is a higher grade hydrochloric acid than the "spent / recovered" type normally found at your local pool shop or hardware store. This product is generally used at concentration from 1:5 to 1:10 parts water depending on application. The product can be used via immersion, swab or recirculation techniques. The time taken to descale most items is approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Such a wide time span is given because results vary depending primarily on scale type and build up, dilution ratio and temperature. Once a surface has been cleaned always flush with copious amounts of water to removal all acid residues. TIPS: Before using the product ensure the surface has been pre-cleaned with appropriate cleaner to remove unwanted oil, grease and film. If the surface is porous (ie bore stain on brick wall) then the surface should be well wetted to avoid acid being wicked into the surface and creating a white haze in the days following, as minerals are leached to the surface. Once a surface has been cleaned the acid should be washed off as soon as possible with copious amounts of water. Repeated acid washing may damage some surfaces. This product may etch, lighten or alter the color of tile, grout, stone and metal surfaces. Allow all new grout, concrete, cement or masonry to cure per manufacturers specification before using. | Phosclean Descaler | PHOSCLEAN is an AQIS compliant CIP acid cleaner specifically designed for the removal of scale, rust & precipitates from lines and equipment & tanks in food, beverage & dairy industries. RUST CONVERSION (Metal Priming & Preparation). Remove oil, grease & loose scale with a free rinsing water based alkaline degreaser such as PREDATOR, TRIPLE 2 or ... STAIN REMOVING & GENERAL CLEANING. | Quake 160 - Produce Sanitiser | QUAKE 160 is peracetic acid (C2H4O3)) is a mixture of acetic acid (CH3COOH) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in solution which finds widespread use and is a cost effective NO RINSE sanitising solution in breweries, dairy farms, food processing & commercial laundries. QUAKE 160 is also excellent at removing the green coloured vanadium stains from bricks and pavers when mixed with equal parts water and applied for 2-5 minutes then washed off. | Sanvert - Rust Converter & Passivator | SANVERT is clear mobile liquid which when applied to rust or bore stains removes the rust and leaves a protective coating when rinsed off with fresh water (inhibited). | Spot It - Laundry Spotter | SPOT IT is an exclusive blend of special cleaning solvents and detergents for the multi-purpose removal of stains such as oil and grease. SPOT IT is widely used in the laundry industry to aid in treating stubborn stains. It can also be used to remove unsightly graffiti made by felt, pen, biro ink and crayons from bus shelters, toilet walls, tiled surfaces and bricks etc. Pre-Spotting. Pour SPOT IT undiluted onto the stain. Allow 5 minutes for full activity. Then wash normally. Removing graffiti. Apply undiluted with a clean cloth or brush ink marks. Wipe clean. Care should be taken if used on painted or varnished surfaces. Carpet spotting. To remove chewing gum, first scrape off the bulk of the gum with a razor blade.
