| Acid Clean - AC506 | ACID CLEAN AC506 is a detergent blend of acids formulated for cleaning and brightening of aluminium and stainless steel. This product is the HF free version of our Acid Detergent AC580. Use neat, or diluted with up to 10 parts of potable water. Typical dilution rate is 1 part of ACID CLEAN to 5 parts of water; this solution can be diluted further or strengthened according to the extent of the contamination. For best results wash the surface to be cleaned with appropriate cleaner (i.e. truck wash or water based degreaser) to remove any dirt, debris, oil or road film. | BOAT WASH | Environmentally Friendly Boat wash. This non-caustic, solvent less degreasing detergent is biodegradable and contains powerful high-foam surface-active agents and emulsifiers for the rapid removal of all types of dirt and grime from all types of surfaces. It is a highly efficient streak-free degreasing cleaner for the hand or machine washing of boats, trailers and other vehicles. It has numerous applications in marine and industrial areas. Boat Wash is water-based and contains no ammonia, caustic or acid ingredients, petroleum hydrocarbons or chlorinated solvents. USE. First hose all loose dirt and mud from surface to be cleaned. For general cleaning use 5-10 mls Boat Wash per litre of water. Clean boats manually or by foam guns. For other hard surfaces, steam cleaners, automatic scrubbers or pressure washers may also be used For severe soil buildup, greater concentrations (up to 50%) may be used, followed by immediate rinsing. Hose off residues thoroughly. To avoid hard water spotting, dry surfaces with soft towel or chamois. May not be suitable for boats with badly weathered, flaking or rusted paintwork. SAFETY. | CORROSOAK | Rust and Scale Remover. Description. CorroSoak is designed for the safe removal of rust, scale and tarnish from most metal objects. It has numerous applications in the automotive, marine, construction, mining, and food processing industries, as well as many areas around the home. CorroSoak is biodegradable, water-based and contains no solvents, phosphates, mineral acids or caustic ingredients. Approved by the Dept. of Primary Industry and Energy for use in export registered meat establishments. Use. CorroSoak can be used as a radiator flushing compound to remove rust and scale buildup from the cooling system. Drain old coolant from the cooling system (including heater) and refill with water. Add 500 mls CorroSoak to the radiator and run the engine for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and thoroughly flush the system with water before filling with coolant such as Cool Max or Cool Plus coolants. To conserve product, any loose rust or scale deposits should first be removed using a wire brush. All traces of oil and grease should be cleaned off with detergent. CorroSoak is simply diluted in hot or cold water at the rate of 1 litre concentrate to 5 litres water, and the metal object immersed for between 3 - 24 hours. Hot water works much more quickly than cold water. The object is then removed, rinsed well and dried. The diluted CorroSoak may be re-used many times. Not suitable for zinc galvanized surfaces. Use with caution on magnesium alloys, or where solder is present. Safety. CorroSoak is not classified as hazardous. Read Material Safety Data Sheet before use. | Phosclean Descaler | PHOSCLEAN is an AQIS compliant CIP acid cleaner specifically designed for the removal of scale, rust & precipitates from lines and equipment & tanks in food, beverage & dairy industries. RUST CONVERSION (Metal Priming & Preparation). Remove oil, grease & loose scale with a free rinsing water based alkaline degreaser such as PREDATOR, TRIPLE 2 or ... STAIN REMOVING & GENERAL CLEANING. Dilute up to 1:10 with warm water, however a dilution of 1:4 is recommended for most applications. Apply diluted PHOSCLEAN & allow a few minutes to work & then wipe or hose off. Do not allow to dry. Deeply encrusted stains may need further applications & some slight agitation with a brush or light sourer to promote penetration. Remember to keep the surface wet with product & do not allow to dry as process will halt. TIP: Always pre test an inconspicuous test area before tackling your job. CIP CLEANING. Pre wash using AQIS Alkaline Detergent such as AC222 or Hercules then flush. Then use PHOSCLEAN at a dilution to suit your requiremts (from neat to 1:100). TIP: Always allow up to 5 minutes of contact time to dissolve scale & precipitates. Always rinse food contact surfaces with potable water after use.
