| Red Devil - Acid Detergent | RED DEVIL is a blend of acids, surfactants and performance building agents formulated for the fast and efficient removal of rail dust, bull dust, pindan dust, water stains and iron ore dust from cars and truck paintwork, as well as marine equipment, structures, bricks, driveways, concrete and machinery. RED DEVIL may be used neat, or diluted with up to 10 parts of water for removing red dust from vehicle paint work, synthetic floor mats and most hard surfaces. We recommend a dilution rate of 1 part of Red Devil to 5 parts of water be trialed in an inconspicuous spot; the solution can be diluted further or strengthened according to the extent of the contamination. Swab surface, working from the bottom upwards and keep wet evenly until clean. Flush with fresh water. Ensure that the surface is uniformly covered as uneven application may produce streaking. | CORROSOAK | Rust and Scale Remover. Description. CorroSoak is designed for the safe removal of rust, scale and tarnish from most metal objects. It has numerous applications in the automotive, marine, construction, mining, and food processing industries, as well as many areas around the home. CorroSoak is biodegradable, water-based and contains no solvents, phosphates, mineral acids or caustic ingredients. Approved by the Dept. of Primary Industry and Energy for use in export registered meat establishments. Use. CorroSoak can be used as a radiator flushing compound to remove rust and scale buildup from the cooling system. Drain old coolant from the cooling system (including heater) and refill with water. Add 500 mls CorroSoak to the radiator and run the engine for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and thoroughly flush the system with water before filling with coolant such as Cool Max or Cool Plus coolants. To conserve product, any loose rust or scale deposits should first be removed using a wire brush. All traces of oil and grease should be cleaned off with detergent. CorroSoak is simply diluted in hot or cold water at the rate of 1 litre concentrate to 5 litres water, and the metal object immersed for between 3 - 24 hours. Hot water works much more quickly than cold water. The object is then removed, rinsed well and dried. The diluted CorroSoak may be re-used many times. Not suitable for zinc galvanized surfaces. PEROXY ACETIC ACID is formulated to be used on pre-cleaned surfaces that contain no detergents or surfactants. The products performance will be dramatically reduced if soils are present on the surface such as fats, oil, starches or vegetable matter. Peroxyacetic acid sanitation is most efficient at pH's below 7. The pH of a 1: 100 dilution of this product is about 3.0 and a 1: 500 dilution about ph 4.0. Temperature plays a factor in effectiveness of this product, for example at a temperature of 15°C and a pH value of 7, five times more peractetic acid is required to effectively deactivate pathogens than at a pH value of 7 and a temperature of 35°C. Therefore working solutions should be ambient to warm (25 to 40°C). Exact dilution rates are determined on a case by case basis and Able Westchem does not normally determine what rate suits its customers requirements. | Quake 160 - Produce Sanitiser | QUAKE 160 is peracetic acid (C2H4O3)) is a mixture of acetic acid (CH3COOH) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in solution which finds widespread use and is a cost effective NO RINSE sanitising solution in breweries, dairy farms, food processing & commercial laundries. | Tornado - Toilet Area Cleaner | TORNADO is an acidic detergent designed to thoroughly clean, disinfect and deodorise toilet bowls, floors and adjacent areas in a single operation. TORNADO is safe to use on all stainless steel and unbroken porcelain. It is highly efficient for cleaning and deodorising toilet bowls, toilet seats and floors in toilets and adjacent areas. TORNADO can also be used for removing stains and encrustations from stainless steel and porcelain basins, baths and sinks. TOILET BOWLS: Flush toilet and then pour 30-60ml of TORNADO inside the bowl. Using a toilet brush, swab all areas of the bowl with this solution, including beneath the rim and the seat.
