The product can be used via immersion, swab or re circulation techniques. The time taken to descale most items is approximately 10-60 minutes. Such a wide time span is given because results vary depending primarily on scale type and build up, dilution ratio and temperature. | Marazyme Descaler | MARAZYME-DESCALER is an organic acidic based powder formulated with enzymes and bacterial strains which effectively dissolve organic materials, hard water precipitates, rust and uric acid scales. For regular scale control in high scale environments such as ships and mine sites add 50 grams (one scoop supplied with 5KG bucket) to the toilet bowl at least once a fortnight depending on water quality. Allow product to dissolve and stand for a minute or two, scrub/brush the bowl and then flush with water. Repeat this action if required. URINALS: Sprinkle product around the grate and effected areas, allow dissolving then scrubbing/brushing and flushing with water. DRAINS, PIPE WORK & GREASE TRAPS: If scale formation in these locations occur you may find run off/discharge from toilets, sinks and showers become very slow. Add 100-150grams of product to the effected locations and allow dissolving. Contact time is important so leave stand for a minute or two before scrubbing/brushing and then flushing with water. WASHROOMS AND SHOWERS: Add 50-100grams of product to a 10 litre container of hot water. Allow to dissolve and use the solution to scrub the effected surface areas then rinse with water. STAINLESS STEEL: Add 150-300 grams of product 10 litre container of hot water into a container or auto parts washer. | Phosclean Descaler | PHOSCLEAN is an AQIS compliant CIP acid cleaner specifically designed for the removal of scale, rust & precipitates from lines and equipment & tanks in food, beverage & dairy industries. RUST CONVERSION (Metal Priming & Preparation). Remove oil, grease & loose scale with a free rinsing water based alkaline degreaser such as PREDATOR, TRIPLE 2 or ... STAIN REMOVING & GENERAL CLEANING. Dilute up to 1:10 with warm water, however a dilution of 1:4 is recommended for most applications. Apply diluted PHOSCLEAN & allow a few minutes to work & then wipe or hose off. Do not allow to dry. Deeply encrusted stains may need further applications & some slight agitation with a brush or light sourer to promote penetration. Remember to keep the surface wet with product & do not allow to dry as process will halt. TIP: Always pre test an inconspicuous test area before tackling your job. CIP CLEANING. Pre wash using AQIS Alkaline Detergent such as AC222 or Hercules then flush. Then use PHOSCLEAN at a dilution to suit your requiremts (from neat to 1:100). SCALEAWAY may be used neat or diluted with up to 9 parts water. Simply apply to scaled area agitate and allow the chemicals time to work. This product works via chemical reaction which takes time. | Citric Acid Powder - Food Grade | CITRIC ACID POWDER is a food grade weak organic tribasic acid that resembles coarse white sugar in appearance. Commonly used as a processing aid in the Food Industry or to lower pH industry or as a descaler for heat exchangers and industrial lines. CITRIC ACID POWDER has numerous domestic and janitorial uses which include: Removing stains from stainless steel when used at 1 part to 9 parts water. Descale and disinfects inside of washing machine. In an empty washing machine simply add three tablespoons of citric acid, use hot water, and run on the longest cycle. Descale taps and shower doors, make a solution of one-liter warm water and three tablespoons citric acid. Make sure the acid is dissolved. Spray on let sit for five minutes and wipe clean. Get a sparkling clean toilet, simply take ¾ cup of citric acid and sprinkle into toilet. Leave in overnight. Do not flush. The next morning brush and flush. Get rid of wine stains, with one part citric acid and 2 parts baking soda. Sprinkle over the stain; mist with water, until it fizzes, let sit for five minutes, and then scrub away.
