| CORROSOAK | Rust and Scale Remover. Description. CorroSoak is designed for the safe removal of rust, scale and tarnish from most metal objects. It has numerous applications in the automotive, marine, construction, mining, and food processing industries, as well as many areas around the home. CorroSoak is biodegradable, water-based and contains no solvents, phosphates, mineral acids or caustic ingredients. Approved by the Dept. of Primary Industry and Energy for use in export registered meat establishments. Use. CorroSoak can be used as a radiator flushing compound to remove rust and scale buildup from the cooling system. Drain old coolant from the cooling system (including heater) and refill with water. Add 500 mls CorroSoak to the radiator and run the engine for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and thoroughly flush the system with water before filling with coolant such as Cool Max or Cool Plus coolants. To conserve product, any loose rust or scale deposits should first be removed using a wire brush. All traces of oil and grease should be cleaned off with detergent. CorroSoak is simply diluted in hot or cold water at the rate of 1 litre concentrate to 5 litres water, and the metal object immersed for between 3 - 24 hours. Hot water works much more quickly than cold water. The object is then removed, rinsed well and dried. The diluted CorroSoak may be re-used many times. Not suitable for zinc galvanized surfaces. Q-SANs active ingredient is a quaternary ammonium compound which kills a broad spectrum of germs and bacteria. The product leaves behind an invisible Quat-polymer protective film that helps to keep surfaces germ free for up to 24 hours. FOOD AREA USE. Concentrations are regulated; use Q-SAN at rate of 50 ml per litre (5% v/v) of water via mister or trigger spray. After 5 minutes of contact time between Q-SAN and the surface the surface will then be considered as being sanitised and no further surface preparation is generally required. Hard, non-porous food contact surfaces, such as equipment and utensils, may be used following sanitation without a potable water rinse provided that Q-SAN is used at 5%v/v strictly according to directions, and the surfaces are drained and dry prior to any food contact. When used in FOOD AREAS it is recommended to discard diluted solutions after each day and make fresh solution daily. NON FOOD AREAS such as commercial and domestic use. For a high level of sanitation apply Q-SAN at rate 50 ml per litre (5%v/v) with potable water via trigger spray to a pre-cleaned surface. | Result - Degreasing Powder | RESULT is a general purpose non-caustic detergent powder for heavy duty cleaning of floors, walls and equipment. RESULT is an ideal product for maintenance and heavy duty cleaning in kitchens, workshops, garages and food processing areas etc - anywhere there is heavy dirt, grease and grime to be removed. It contains deep penetrating solvents and forms a strong stable matrix with rust, which is suitable for over-coating with most conventional finishes. USE. RustCure may be used on any rusted steel surface. It has application in the marine, construction, mining and automotive industries, as well as many areas around the home. All traces of oil, grease and other contaminants should first be removed using an effective detergent degreaser. All loose or flaky rust and paint must be removed using a wire brush, needle gun or sand blaster to obtain a class 1 level or preparation. RustCure is applied by brush or spray. It is designed to instantly and simultaneously clean and disinfect highly contaminated surfaces. SWIFT exhibits broad spectrum bactericidal activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. This gives 80-240 parts per million of available chlorine. For heavily soiled surfaces, use 12-24 gms SWIFT per litre of warm water or sprinkle onto wetted surface before scrubbing. For disinfecting and deodorising operations, rinse surfaces with clean water, then use SWIFT at 2 - 3 gms per litre of warm water (120-200 p.p.m. available chlorine). SWIFT solutions (3 gms/litre) may also be freshly prepared for soaking articles for up to 2 minutes to destain and disinfect.
