| Mariners Mate Extra - Rust & Scale Remover | MARINERS MATE EXTRA is a NON-HAZARDOUS product used for the safe removal of rust & scale and control bacteria from ships, platforms, marine structures, trucks, rolling stock, earthmovers & skip bins. Light Duty Cleaning: 1 part to 50 parts water. Foam Cleaning: 1 part to 10 parts water. Medium Duty Cleaning: 1 part to 10 parts water. Heavy Duty Cleaning: Neat. Rust Removal in Soak Bath: 1-3 parts to 50 parts water (keep wet with product). Prepare a diluted solution according to the extent of the contamination. | Rust Rinse - Rust Remover | RUST RINSE is phosphoric acid based product that is specially designed to remove rust stains from paint, fibreglass, metal and most plastics. Also used to passivate ferrous metals prior to painting. Use RUST RINSE neat or diluted with up to 10 parts of water, depending on the severity of the rust stain. Swab the surface with the solution working from the bottom upwards keeping the surface evenly wet. Once acceptably clean, rinse off with water. To convert cleaned surface rust to a paintable surface dilute RUST RINSE with water equally (50:50). Brush on and leave for 5 minutes then rinse off. | Bore Stain Remover | BORE STAIN REMOVER is a NON-DANGEROUS product for the safe an efficient removal of bore and rust stains from painted, glass, masonry or concrete surfaces. Bore stain removal & cleaning purposes. Removing Bore Stains from Bricks or Masonry: Thoroughly wet the surface to be cleaned with copious amounts of water. | CORROSOAK | Rust and Scale Remover. Description. CorroSoak is designed for the safe removal of rust, scale and tarnish from most metal objects. It has numerous applications in the automotive, marine, construction, mining, and food processing industries, as well as many areas around the home. CorroSoak is biodegradable, water-based and contains no solvents, phosphates, mineral acids or caustic ingredients. Approved by the Dept. of Primary Industry and Energy for use in export registered meat establishments. Use. CorroSoak can be used as a radiator flushing compound to remove rust and scale buildup from the cooling system. Drain old coolant from the cooling system (including heater) and refill with water. Add 500 mls CorroSoak to the radiator and run the engine for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and thoroughly flush the system with water before filling with coolant such as Cool Max or Cool Plus coolants. To conserve product, any loose rust or scale deposits should first be removed using a wire brush. All traces of oil and grease should be cleaned off with detergent. CorroSoak is simply diluted in hot or cold water at the rate of 1 litre concentrate to 5 litres water, and the metal object immersed for between 3 - 24 hours. Hot water works much more quickly than cold water. The object is then removed, rinsed well and dried. The diluted CorroSoak may be re-used many times. Not suitable for zinc galvanized surfaces. Use with caution on magnesium alloys, or where solder is present. Safety. CorroSoak is not classified as hazardous. Read Material Safety Data Sheet before use.
