| BIOMAX DEGREASER | Biomax WATER-BASED DEGREASER. DESCRIPTION: This super strength water-based degreaser rapidly cleans oil, grease and grime from bilges, engines, bulkheads, compressors, floors and decks. It will help reduce fumes and fire danger. It is non-toxic, non-caustic, non-flammable, biodegradable and solvent-free. Approved by the Dept. of Primary Industry and Energy for use in export registered meat establishments. USES: Bilges: Add 1 - 5 L Biomaxper 25 L bilge water, depending on condition. Leave for up to 12 hours and then flush twice. Engines, Bulkheads, Machinery: Brush on Biomaxundiluted, or mix 1 part to 3 parts with water, depending on the degree of soiling. Then wash clean. General Cleaning: may be used as supplied for heavy soiling, and should be applied by brush in such instances. Allow to penetrate for 1 minute and then hose off with strong jet of water. It may also be diluted and used through pressure washers, steam cleaners and automatic scrubbers. For lighter soiling it may be diluted by up to 1:100 in hot or cold water. | BOAT WASH | Environmentally Friendly Boat wash. This non-caustic, solvent less degreasing detergent is biodegradable and contains powerful high-foam surface-active agents and emulsifiers for the rapid removal of all types of dirt and grime from all types of surfaces. It is a highly efficient streak-free degreasing cleaner for the hand or machine washing of boats, trailers and other vehicles. It has numerous applications in marine and industrial areas. Boat Wash is water-based and contains no ammonia, caustic or acid ingredients, petroleum hydrocarbons or chlorinated solvents. USE. First hose all loose dirt and mud from surface to be cleaned. For general cleaning use 5-10 mls Boat Wash per litre of water. Clean boats manually or by foam guns. For other hard surfaces, steam cleaners, automatic scrubbers or pressure washers may also be used For severe soil buildup, greater concentrations (up to 50%) may be used, followed by immediate rinsing. Hose off residues thoroughly. To avoid hard water spotting, dry surfaces with soft towel or chamois. May not be suitable for boats with badly weathered, flaking or rusted paintwork. SAFETY. | GREASE LIFTER | Solvent Based Degreaser. Description. This is a powerful blend of solvents and emulsifying surfactants designed for cleaning, dispersing and degreasing operations by soak, spray or brush application. It has the following features: Low flammability (high flash point). Safe on all metals. Will not damage paintwork when used as directed. Rinses off easily in cold water (even seawater). Rapidly dissolves most oils, greases, lubricants etc. Low evaporation rate. Low electrical conductivity. Contains no chlorinated solvents. | Solvent Decarboniser | SOLVENT DECARBONISER - AC635 is a yellow mobile liquid consisting of two phases with a thin top aqueous phase and a bottom solvent phase for soak bath cleaning. It is ideal for use to decarbonise carburettors, automotive engine parts, gears etc where they can be readily left immersed in a solvent bath. AC635 is tipped directly into a suitable metal container without any dilution to act as a bath. The size of the bath is dependent on the number and the size of the parts to be cleaned. Parts must be totally immersed in the AC635 bath. The bath should not be agitated and be positioned in a cool well ventilated area. It is recommended that the parts be pre-cleaned before introducing them into the bath. They should be left soaking until the soils become loosen. The parts are then removed and hosed down with water.
