Once in contact with water the emulsion will break upon standing and can be separated off using conventional separation methods. | CORROSOAK | Rust and Scale Remover. Description. CorroSoak is designed for the safe removal of rust, scale and tarnish from most metal objects. It has numerous applications in the automotive, marine, construction, mining, and food processing industries, as well as many areas around the home. CorroSoak is biodegradable, water-based and contains no solvents, phosphates, mineral acids or caustic ingredients. Approved by the Dept. of Primary Industry and Energy for use in export registered meat establishments. Use. CorroSoak can be used as a radiator flushing compound to remove rust and scale buildup from the cooling system. Drain old coolant from the cooling system (including heater) and refill with water. Add 500 mls CorroSoak to the radiator and run the engine for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and thoroughly flush the system with water before filling with coolant such as Cool Max or Cool Plus coolants. To conserve product, any loose rust or scale deposits should first be removed using a wire brush. All traces of oil and grease should be cleaned off with detergent. CorroSoak is simply diluted in hot or cold water at the rate of 1 litre concentrate to 5 litres water, and the metal object immersed for between 3 - 24 hours. Hot water works much more quickly than cold water. The object is then removed, rinsed well and dried. The diluted CorroSoak may be re-used many times. Not suitable for zinc galvanized surfaces. Use with caution on magnesium alloys, or where solder is present. Safety. CorroSoak is not classified as hazardous. Read Material Safety Data Sheet before use. | Rapid - Solvent Cleaner | RAPID is a solvent cleaner specifically formulated for combined spot cleaning & graffiti removal in the vehicle detailing trade. This product effectively removes oil, grease, tar, glues, gums, texter, red dust stains, inks, and many other unsightly soils which spoil a vehicles appearance. This product is also highly effective at removing fresh graffiti from painted surfaces and silicon residues. RAPID should be used as received. ALWAYS perform a test patch on new jobs on an inconspicuous area to ascertain likely result and avoid possible large scale damage. RAPID may be applied with a cloth or by trigger spray to the area to be cleaned. RAPID will quickly emulsify the soil / stain / graffiti which can be wiped off leaving the surface stain free and shining. | Stain Off - Iodine and Medical Dye Stain Remover | STAIN OFF has been designed to solve a problem faced by many Hospitals which is the removal of unsightly iodine stains and povidone stains from floors and other hard surfaces. STAIN OFF is suitable for use on all types of flooring, including tarkett and vinyl, and will also lift most other medical stains found in hospitals and nursing homes. Apply STAIN OFF directly onto the stained area. Most stains may be wiped off immediately but for older stains, allow a few minutes for STAIN OFF to act.
