| Agrispose - Concrete Exposed | AGRISPOSE is a non hazardous concrete retarding concentrate used to produce exposed aggregate finish on freshly poured concrete. SPRAYING ON: Use a garden sprayer to evenly apply the product onto freshly laid concrete. Apply Agrispose as soon the Bleeding has finished but before the concrete has set. Please note that the "bleed water" should be removed prior to applying Agrispose to prevent dilution of the product. | CORROSOAK | Rust and Scale Remover. Description. CorroSoak is designed for the safe removal of rust, scale and tarnish from most metal objects. It has numerous applications in the automotive, marine, construction, mining, and food processing industries, as well as many areas around the home. CorroSoak is biodegradable, water-based and contains no solvents, phosphates, mineral acids or caustic ingredients. Approved by the Dept. of Primary Industry and Energy for use in export registered meat establishments. Use. CorroSoak can be used as a radiator flushing compound to remove rust and scale buildup from the cooling system. Drain old coolant from the cooling system (including heater) and refill with water. Add 500 mls CorroSoak to the radiator and run the engine for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and thoroughly flush the system with water before filling with coolant such as Cool Max or Cool Plus coolants. To conserve product, any loose rust or scale deposits should first be removed using a wire brush. All traces of oil and grease should be cleaned off with detergent. CorroSoak is simply diluted in hot or cold water at the rate of 1 litre concentrate to 5 litres water, and the metal object immersed for between 3 - 24 hours. Hot water works much more quickly than cold water. The object is then removed, rinsed well and dried. The diluted CorroSoak may be re-used many times. Not suitable for zinc galvanized surfaces. Use with caution on magnesium alloys, or where solder is present. Safety. CorroSoak is not classified as hazardous. Read Material Safety Data Sheet before use. | Hydrochloric Acid 32% - AC591 | HYDROCHLORIC ACID 32% (HCL) is an industrial strength acid commonly used for the removal of scale, lime, calcium, oxides, efflorescence, bore stains, concrete dust and hard water deposits. NOTE: this is a higher grade hydrochloric acid than the "spent / recovered" type normally found at your local pool shop or hardware store. This product is generally used at concentration from 1:5 to 1:10 parts water depending on application. The product can be used via immersion, swab or recirculation techniques. The time taken to descale most items is approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Such a wide time span is given because results vary depending primarily on scale type and build up, dilution ratio and temperature. Once a surface has been cleaned always flush with copious amounts of water to removal all acid residues. TIPS: Before using the product ensure the surface has been pre-cleaned with appropriate cleaner to remove unwanted oil, grease and film. If the surface is porous (ie bore stain on brick wall) then the surface should be well wetted to avoid acid being wicked into the surface and creating a white haze in the days following, as minerals are leached to the surface. Once a surface has been cleaned the acid should be washed off as soon as possible with copious amounts of water. Repeated acid washing may damage some surfaces. | Inhibited HCL Descaler - Industrial Acid Cleaner | INHIBITED HCL DESCALER is a industrial acid cleaner that consists of penetrants, metal protectors and corrosion inhibitors along with ~32% Hydrochloric Acid. This product is used industrially to remove scale, lime, calcium, oxides, efflorescence, uric acid, bore stains, concrete dust and hard water deposits from a variety of surfaces. It is also Ideal for cleaning heat exchangers, removing rust and concrete from ship holds, descaling boilers and lines, bore stain removal, concrete clean-up, and as a heavy duty machinery cleaner for concrete trucks and alike. This product is generally used at concentration from 1:5 to 1:20 parts water depending on application and it is highly recommended that the user application trial/s in an inconspicuous area prior to tacking the larger job at hand. The product can be used via immersion, swab or re circulation techniques. The time taken to descale most items is approximately 10-60 minutes. Such a wide time span is given because results vary depending primarily on scale type and build up, dilution ratio and temperature. | Phosclean Descaler | PHOSCLEAN is an AQIS compliant CIP acid cleaner specifically designed for the removal of scale, rust & precipitates from lines and equipment & tanks in food, beverage & dairy industries. RUST CONVERSION (Metal Priming & Preparation). Remove oil, grease & loose scale with a free rinsing water based alkaline degreaser such as PREDATOR, TRIPLE 2 or ... STAIN REMOVING & GENERAL CLEANING. Dilute up to 1:10 with warm water, however a dilution of 1:4 is recommended for most applications. Apply diluted PHOSCLEAN & allow a few minutes to work & then wipe or hose off. Do not allow to dry. Deeply encrusted stains may need further applications & some slight agitation with a brush or light sourer to promote penetration.
